As a wedding photographer based in Munich, I am available for bookings in Munich, Starnberg and all surrounding regions in Bavaria. However, my work is not limited to Germany. I photograph weddings throughout Europe and worldwide, accompanying my couples wherever their love story takes them.

My focus is on authentic wedding reportages in Munich, across Europe and at international destinations, capturing real emotions and genuine moments exactly as they happen.

As an authentic wedding photographer in Munich, my goal is to document your wedding exactly as it happens – natural, emotional and unposed.

I work in a documentary-style wedding photography approach, which means:

A destination wedding involves getting married at a location outside the couple’s hometown, often serving as a combined wedding and vacation/honeymoon for guests. I provide seamless photography services across Europe, ensuring your international wedding is captured with the same professional ease as a local event.

Location Expertise: Even though I live in Germany, I photograph destination weddings several times a year. I primarily photograph weddings in Italy (Lake Garda, Lake Como, Tuscany & the Dolomites), but I’m also frequently in Mallorca.

Global Reach: No distance is too far for me to travel for an interesting wedding; I’m happy to travel to the ends of the earth for you!

Transparent Pricing: The costs for a destination wedding are the same as for a domestic wedding.

No Hidden Fees: I don’t include travel time (flight time, travel to the location, etc.) in my fee.

Travel Costs: Only actual travel expenses are added to your package. These are usually very reasonable and calculated upfront for full transparency.

The couple photoshoot usually takes around 1 hour, plus travel time to the chosen location. Plan for 45 to 60 minutes for a dedicated wedding day couple session. For engagement sessions, 60–90 minutes is recommended to allow for multiple locations or outfits. 

 Tip: If possible, plan your session at sunset (golden hour) – this offers:

• soft natural light

• romantic atmosphere

the most flattering and cinematic wedding portraits

For the best “Getting Ready” photos, I recommend a window of 1.5 to 2 hours. This ensures a relaxed atmosphere to capture detail shots and the emotional transformation of the bride and groom.

• Timing: Experience has shown that 1.5 to 2 hours is ideal.
• What we capture: This gives us enough time to photograph the details (shoes, rings, stationery, etc.) and the transformation of the bride and groom in a relaxed manner.

In the highly unlikely event of illness, your wedding coverage is fully protected. Since 2014, I have never missed a wedding, but I maintain a robust contingency plan including a professional replacement network and a full refund guarantee.
